Allegro di molto (Sonata 1 in D major, Wq.70/5) – Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach (1714 – 1788)
Steven McIntyre
Registration Stopped Diapason, Principal, Fifteenth alternating with Stopped Diapason + Flute

Dixhuit Pieces pour l’Orgue ou Piano-Forte – Christian Friedrich Ruppe (1753-1826)
Ruppe provides two sets of detailed registrations for his 18 pieces; one set for a church organ of two manuals and one set for a ‘house organ’ – in this instance a typical single manual Dutch cabinet organ of the late 18th or early 19th century. The registrations used in these recordings are based, as far as possible, on Ruppe’s registrations for a ‘house organ’.
